Hi Dremy. Conception requires a healthy ovum and a healthy motile sperm to meet in a conducive environment. Pregnancy requires the fertilised ovum to nest in a conducive environment to receive nutrients and grow.
So your question basically asks whether pre-ejaculate contains healthy mobile sperms. Here’s a published article answering this question. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3564677/ . If an individual can produce healthy motile sperm, then the individual’s pre-ejaculate can cause pregnancy.
Now onto more serious concerns. Even if pregnancy doesn’t arise, contact with genital secretions can transmit infections, some of which are lifelong, some of which are difficult to treat. Long and short is, unsafe sex is a no no, whether pregnancy is a risk or not.
Hello Dremy
The pre-ejaculate fluid itself does not contain sperm. As the pre-ejaculate leaves the body, however, it may pick up sperm from a previous ejaculation that remains in the urethra. One study found small clumps of sperm in the pre-ejaculate fluid of some men.
